RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Her Collection only accepts returns or exchanges when an error was made on our end, such as receiving an incorrect item, size, or color, or receiving an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item, size, and color before completing their purchase. Please review all product descriptions and order details carefully before checking out.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Her Collection before merchandise is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
