Her Collection takes precautions to protect our customers and business from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Orders identified as high risk or orders exceeding $400 may require additional verification before processing.

If verification is required, Her Collection will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. You may be asked to provide information necessary to confirm that you authorized the transaction.

Verification must be completed within 48 hours of our request. Orders that cannot be successfully verified within this timeframe may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Her Collection reserves the right to cancel or decline any order that we reasonably believe may be unauthorized or fraudulent.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks involving orders that were properly fulfilled and confirmed as delivered may result in the customer being prohibited from making future purchases from Her Collection. Her Collection reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other relevant documentation when responding to payment disputes.
